• Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management and performance measurement
• Be responsible for introducing process and policy improvements in the supply chain and procurement department
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to the company
• Vendor/supplier management and negotiations 
• Provide oversight and risk assessments over contract management processes and ensure transparency
• Determine supplier performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, manage product forecasts or changes
• Ensure effective use of internal Standard Operating Procedures in Procurement and Supply Chain, control of workflows, continuous business processes monitoring and elaboration of improvements in systems and processes
• Oversee and manage IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, demand planning, inventory control, logistics, warehouse and distribution, ensuring effective functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
• Implement effective internal control, proper design and functioning of ERP systems 
• Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities, provide guidance and lead the team to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service
• Collaborate with other departments to determine process improvements and inventory forecast and control mechanisms to optimize stock level and minimize wastage
• Collaborate with Warehouse Management to improve transportation processes and procedures.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual procurement and supply chain plans and progress reports as required
• Manage an accurate and up-to-date inventory system across all storage locations and ensure stock takes are performed

• Diploma or Master degree
• Over 10 years experience in related field
• Good Management skills
