This position is a 1-year contract-based employment.

Job Purpose

To plan, manage, and deliver Tower rollout projects within timeline, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. The role drives coordination among cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve successful project execution and prepare timely project status update for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for telecom tower construction projects.
• Oversee site acquisition, design, civil works, tower erection, power system installation, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (site acquisition, design, procurement, finance, operations) and external stakeholders (landlords, subcontractors, government authorities).
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards on all sites.
• Ensure quality checks and audits during construction and commissioning.
• Track project budgets, cost controls, and invoice approvals.
• Report project status, risks, and milestones to management and clients.
• Ensure site acceptance and documentation are completed as per requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

Experience

• 5–10 years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure, preferably tower construction/rollout.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, structural engineering, tower erection, power systems, and telecom equipment installation.
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and regulatory approvals
