  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property's engineering systems and facilities. 
  •  Implement and manage a work order tracking system, ensuring efficient assignment and completion of maintenance tasks. 
  • Monitor, track, and order necessary supplies, materials, and equipment for engineering and maintenance tasks. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all property maintenance, repairs, equipment logs, tenant files, and vendor information. 
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, and process invoices. 
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, services, and supplies, including managing certificates and contracts. 
  • Act as a point of contact for tenant service requests and facilitate communication between tenants, property staff, and engineering teams. 
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations. 
  • Conduct property walks and inspections to ensure safety standards are met and the property is well-maintained.
