An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and submit Form 31 in alignment with customer requests.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for Modern Trade clients accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate monthly with the sales and inventory teams to check and confirm sales amounts, reconcile stock and sales data, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure overall accuracy in collaboration with the sales admin.
  • Verify monthly product sales and report to the Chief Accountant (CA).
  • Check and upload monthly opening stock quantities to the Galaxy system.
  • Record and prepare monthly expense reports for each department.
  • Participate in monthly ground stock checks with the team.
  • Perform month-end accounting activities, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • B.Com or any Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • At Least minimum (3) years’ experience in related positions.
  • Proven experience as an Senior Accountant
  • Proficiency in Galaxy or similar inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory, sales, and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
