  • Manage CRM administration, including user roles, permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
  • Design and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Configure and manage custom fields, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support CRM implementation.
  • Provide daily user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Document CRM configurations, processes, policies, and user guides.
  • Create and deliver CRM training sessions, offering ongoing user support.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate CRM updates before deployment.

  • Familiarity with configuring CRM components such as custom fields, workflows.
  • Interest in data analysis, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
