Develop detailed structural drawings and 3D models (steel, concrete, timber, or composite structures) using AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar software.

Work closely with Structural Engineers to convert design concepts and calculations into technical drawings and construction documentation.

Prepare GA (General Arrangement) drawings, reinforcement detailing, and connection details for fabrication and construction.

Ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards, codes, and specifications.

Assist in clash detection and coordination with architectural and MEP disciplines.

Maintain and update drawings and models throughout project phases — concept, design development, and construction.

Participate in design coordination meetings and provide input on constructability and design optimization.

Support quantity take-offs, material lists, and documentation for project submittals.

Conduct site visits or inspections when necessary to verify as-built conditions.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

More than 5 years of experience in structural drafting or design within an engineering or construction firm.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Structure, Tekla Structures, or other relevant drafting/BIM tools.

Good understanding of structural systems, construction methods, and materials (concrete, steel, etc.).

Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode, etc.).

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to interpret engineering calculations and translate them into clear, buildable designs.

Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across disciplines.

Experience with BIM workflows and model coordination.

Knowledge of finite element modeling or structural analysis software (STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000) is an advantage.

Experience in industrial, high-rise, or infrastructure projects.
