Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline); a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal management within an engineering or construction environment.

Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, project specifications, and contract terms (FIDIC or similar).

Proven experience in preparing and reviewing technical and commercial bids for multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, or estimation software is preferred.

Solid understanding of cost estimation techniques, procurement processes, and vendor evaluation.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to interpret complex tender documents and identify key technical and commercial requirements.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders and tight deadlines.

Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
