  • Job Descriptions
    •    Conduct product training sessions for promoters, sales staff, and partner stores.
    •    Ensure all promoters clearly understand product features, selling points, and comparison with competitors.
    •    Prepare training materials such as slides, demo scripts, and quick guides.
    •    Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to promoters.
    •    Make regular market visits to Promoter Shops to check promoter knowledge, performance, customer engagement, and shop conditions.
    •    Monitor and handle display items (e.g., smartphones, accessories, IoT products) ensuring proper setup, cleanliness, functionality, and correct pricing.
    •    Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for new product launches and promotions.
    •    Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback and report to the management team.
    •    Support promoter recruitment, onboarding, and certification processes.
    •    Ensure company policies, brand standards, and retail display guidelines are followed at all outlets.

    •    Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    •    Ability to adapt training content for various learning styles.
    •    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    •    Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
