တိုင်ကြားမှု အောင်မြင်ပါသည်

-  Supervise daily activities of Warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and preparing outlet orders

-  Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the daily operations needs and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

-  Inspect equipment, tools and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed

-  Meet regularly with Central Kitchen Manager to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention

-  Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to outlets and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and delivery assistant to ensure efficient delivery of packages

-  Liaise with other departments such as Inventory Team, Procurement Team and Operations to ensure Importing, Purchasing and outlet delivery to run smoothly

- Perform any other duties as assigned by management. 

-  Minimum 3 years and above experience in a warehouse lead role.

- Prefer who have experience in F&B/ FMCG/ Engineering warehouse background. 

-  Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.

-  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software and other Warehouse Management and Inventory Software

-  Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

-  Ability to work well with all levels of company staff.
