Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize production processes and minimize waste.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with production teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate factory staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present reports on factory performance, production output, and efficiency to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in factory management or a similar Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
•  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
