Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Job Purpose:The training manager will identify and monitor training needs in the KBZPay Operation functions, design, plan and implement the training programs, policies and procedures to fulfil those needs.

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organisation through job analysis, career paths and consultation with respective deputy function heads.
  • Develop individualised and group training programs that address specific business needs. Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses.
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  • Evaluate organisational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Recruit trainers.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development Team for the required alignments
  • Make other trainers' schedules.
  • Build weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual training programs.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
  • Optimising training processes for efficiency.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

Job Requirements

  • At least +3 years’ experience in training or communication
  • 1 – 2 years in retail or corporate business culture environment
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Proficiency in Training and communication both verbal and visual
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional in personal and hybrid training arrangement.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Good understanding/ interest of digital tools/ technology and latest trends
