An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Handle recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training and development and HRIS ( Human Resources Information Systems) 
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including conductin orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork 
  • Manage employee records and HRIS database to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and performance management 
  • Stay upadated on HR trends and best practices  to recommend  improvements and innovations in HR processes.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate with Diploma in HR Management 
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality  
  • Proficiency HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications (words, Excel, PowerPoint) is often required
  • Demostrated problem solving and decision making skill 
  • Ability to handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews and organizing training programs
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze situation, and propose solution is crucial in HR roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, collaborate with colleagues and a positive work enviroment
