• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including gathering requirements and understanding business needs.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders, to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report project financials to stakeholders and management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, as well as manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate progress, and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager or similar role, managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Git).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors or contractors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes.
