Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Responsible as account managers to liaise with assigned agency leaders to ensure Agencies' Sales, Recruitments and Claims processes are in line with AIA Myanmar's policies.
Ensure that assigned Agencies' plan their monthly sales initiatives, contest (according to monthly campaign and other sales contest) and assist with Sales support where necessary.
Monitor new agent recruitment pipeline of each agency and help ensure quality of recruitment process, and conduct company level recruitment events.
Assist with Financial Service Managers for the development of agent prospecting practice and calling routines, socialize with agent on planning and reviewing their activities and goals.
Assist with evaluation of the agents' capabilities and enrollment of upskilling training with training department.
Assist with Financial Service Managers to help drive agents to achieve their business targets, improve agent productivity & retention.
Assist with maintenance of the quality business including maintaining persistency levels and close monitoring of policy surrenders if any.

Job Requirements

Prefer 5-8 years of experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Myanmar and English.
Ability to engage in multi-tasking effectively and work well under intense pressure.
