• Requirement Gathering:
o Conducts business scoping with the business users and develops quality business requirements within the agreed timeline for sign off
o For agile development, preparation of user stories & manage the users’ wish-list
• Business Solutioning:
o Analyzes business issues and performs business impact analysis and recommends best approach to solve problems
o Reviews functional specification to ensure design meets the user requirement specified
• Business Testing:
o Reviews business scenario and test scripting in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements. Conducts the review sessions with the users when required to ensure acceptance and signed off by users
o Supports clarification from the testing team on the test plans and during test execution
o Prepares the business scenario and test scripting
o Conduct business test and to document test results
• User Acceptance Testing:
o Works closely with the end-users in conducting comprehensive user acceptance testing to ensure that the delivered product matches the stated users’ requirements spec
o Guides the end-users on system changes and conduct training to the team (train the trainer concept)
o Required to work closely with the business units and the technical development teams on all system implementation projects as well as maintenance ones.

• Over one-year experience in a similar capacity and a strong IT background, preferably within the financial industry.
• Bachelor in business-related course. Degree holders of Insurance Studies, Information Technology & Business Technology would be relevant.
• Articulative and possess proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Possess a logical approach to problem solving.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to manage users’ expectations and explain details in layman’s terms.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of various insurance products is an added advantage.
• Some experience on agile development methodology would be an added advantage.
