Job Description

To manage the implementation of talent acquisition strategies, proactively anticipating talent needs, recruitment demand forecasting, developing and executing sourcing plans, and to provide a customer centric service which places people not process at the heart of service

excellence.

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and offers.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Supports to ensure achievements of deliverables.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on talent acquisition assignments and strategies.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
  • Ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and talent requisitions are successfully closed in the stipulated time-frame.
  • Attend all development programmes that are assigned to ensure maximum gain from the programme.
  • Plan and execute talent attraction activities that are planned throughout the programme.
  • Manage talent attraction via job advertisement, referral program, online job posting or other recruitment avenues.
  • Comply to salary benchmark for respective positions.
  • Manage cost of hiring per employee.
  • Reduction of teams overtime cost in comparison to the previous financial year.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree(preferred from related Human Resources Management)
  • Effective communication skills(proficiency in English and Myanmar) and the ability to interact with staff of all job levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly committed and result-oriented
  • At least 5 years of solid recruitment and selection experience as a Lead
