The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, compensation, and benefits processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions. Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws, regulations, and best practices. Conduct industry benchmarking for payroll and benefits to analyze internal pay structures and recommend adjustments to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation. Identify and recommend improvements to payroll systems, processes, and policies. Lead and provide guidance on compensation and benefits planning to support business goals. Perform other duties as assigned.

Provides routine services to branch customers through the effective execution of transactions that include cash deposits and withdrawals, cheque transfers, deposits and withdrawals, account opening and closing activities, remittance and money transfers, currency exchange, and other related activities and services (such as (not limited) Western Union, Mobile/ i Banking, card products, Payroll/Quick pay, bank guarantee, CBM net, Remit2U, e-statement, balance certificate, locker, et..), in order to drive customer satisfaction and productivity Responds to all customer queries and questions, assists in resolving complaints and escalates to the supervisor as required, and informs the customers about the bank’s available products and services Receives mortgage, loan, or public utility bill payments, and verifies payment dates and amounts due Identifies opportunities for cross-sales and generates leads from customer transactions to maximize sales Provides specialized banking services such as issuing new cheque books, locker account usage activities and iBanking assistance, to ensure that all customer needs are satisfactorily fulfilled.
