Key Responsibitilies: - Maintenance and quality inspection of jobs on JobNet Platform: - Manage quality of jobs on website, make sure jobs are in the categories, experience levels, minimize jobs in “others” category, expat jobs - Manage quality of employer profiles, particularly for key customers. - Communication and Performance Service to Key Customers - Manage the team to achieve the goals of the HR/ customer success team. - Communicate with our key customers and support them using JobNet. - Solve customer inquiries via phone or via company visit - Train customers to understand and use the JobNet Platform and new services. - Monitor performance of key customers and help our key customers in crease applications - Check and qualify incoming leads and pass to sales team

Working with Business, management and key customers to implement, assist, develop and support our new Online Salary survey system Must have strong HR and Payroll experience, particularly with compensation and benefits, including Base Salary, PIT, various types of bonuses, and allowances Good exposure to large ocmpanies - esp. roles in various departments (sales, marketing, customer service, finance, IT, etc..) and understanding all the different job titles in all departments (and /or industries) is essential. Also good understanding of the different award or custom pays, bonuses, allowances across multiple in industries - eg. corporate, sme, banking, hospitality, finance, etc.. will be very helpful. Experience with Recruitment and labour law familiary woud be great (but not essential) Ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards Contribute to the fostering of a positive working culture at the company.
