Working with Business, management and key customers to implement, assist, develop and support our new Online Salary survey system Must have strong HR and Payroll experience, particularly with compensation and benefits, including Base Salary, PIT, various types of bonuses, and allowances Good exposure to large ocmpanies - esp. roles in various departments (sales, marketing, customer service, finance, IT, etc..) and understanding all the different job titles in all departments (and /or industries) is essential.
