A Bank is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Deputy Manager  to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, compensation, and benefits processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness within the industry. Key Responsibilities:  Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions. Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws, regulations, and best practices. Conduct industry benchmarking for payroll and benefits  to analyze internal pay structures and recommend adjustments to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation. Identify and recommend improvements to payroll systems, processes, and policies. Lead and provide guidance on compensation and benefits planning to support business goals.                                         Manage and supervise day to day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the organization’s administrative needs Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Assist HOD for costs control, expense and budget preparation Review, plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems align with organization’s goal Manage and oversee all the process of new branches opening Perform and communicate with vendors for new branch renovation, ferry, office equipment and security company etc; Supervise and maintain transportation and motor vehicle , security form and stationary delivery, accommodation etc; Prepare and support monthly, yearly reports for fixed assets, expense and security form Work closely with HOD from other department for business needs and requirement
