Recruitment & Selection: Track the company’s hiring needs and manage the process in a fast pace and effectively HR Compliance and policies: Contract management; Execution of HR policies and procedures, ensure the other departments complied with SOPs, which is set by the organization Engagement: Collaborate with other departments for employee assessment and daily issues; one-on-one discussions as and when necessary; resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues ensuring fair and evidence base Training and development: Identify skill gaps and develop T&D programs to enhance employee capabilities and post evaluation Implement and perform quarterly and annual performance appraisal Overall management of daily operation Any other HR related assignment by Management
