•Counseling students by giving details about subjects, university choices and career advice. •Provide adequate and accurate information about schools, scholarship information and accommodation to students. •Organize a schedule appointment with students and parents where necessary. •To provide professional and quality education consulting and career counseling services to clients via face-to-face, phone, Zoom and email. •To provide consultation and up-to date information to applicants about programs, eligibility of overseas study, admissions requirements of our institution partners, living expenses, accommodation rental. •To mainly promote our university partners and their programs. •To support and participate in company's events such as education exhibitions, school visits, seminars. •To handle enquiries from phone call-in, Facebook leads and walk-in •To follow up potential students from database for application. •To record the daily leads and inquiries accurately in the database. •Providing basic customer service such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments
Work under direct supervision of Management to create and execute marketing plans and strategies for the organization’s brands, ensuring that all plans are aligned with business objectives. Regularly meet with appropriate Heads of departments on all matters of significance to execution and operational matters. Build partnership with same or different industry and regular follow up. Identity potential markets and test them extensively. Develop and keep maintain a good relationship and coordination with all staffs for better working environment. Cooperate with Account and Finance Executive to settle the payment related with Management office and program supplies. Planning for school visit, trip and vacations. Perform internal marketing activities for AIC staffs and students with Academic Programme Department such as- (birthday party, Halloween party, etc.,). Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and creative services, to deliver effective marketing campaigns across all channels. Develop and manage marketing budgets for assigned projects, tracking expenses and reporting on ROI. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends, and incorporate these insights into marketing strategies. Manage the creation of marketing collateral and ensure that it is consistent with the company’s brand standards. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and PR firms, to ensure that their work meets the company’s needs and standards. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using analytics and other measurement tools to inform decision-making. Planning, arranging and supervision of events, activities and fairs for Marketing purpose. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies, and incorporate these insights into marketing plans.
