Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems. Assist in the checking stock and organizing of promotional material or events. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. Entering order information into the company database. Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
Manage and coordinate all of online sales channel. (Market place as shop.com.mm, viber group, our own website, etc.) Create photo and vdo clip to promote products for digital channel. Monitor brand image of our online channel. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website. Analyze competitors details in online channel. Answer the question of customers from online channel. Work close with marketing and sales team. DIRECT REPORT TO : MARKETING MANAGER
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Prepare sales orders,seasonal sales promotion, activation & product Sampling plan in MT. Develop and maintain relationship with regional key accounts and responsible for achieving monthly target of selected customers Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Maintaining records on area and customer sales with provided historical records. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Maximize brand image at outlet level (POSM, display stock, in store merchandising) Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Coordinate with marketing team in terms of products. Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions) Prepare quarterly and yearly rebate to Modern trade accounts and report to asst sales manager Process procedure for opening new accounts (contract, credit) and propose to management Other duties as assigned.
