Key Responsibilities Manage daily office administration, documentation, and reporting. Support HR processes including staff records, attendance, and leave tracking. Assist in recruitment: candidate database management, interview scheduling, and communication with applicants. Coordinate and support training programs, including logistics, materials, and record-keeping. Communicate with Singapore HQ and partner agencies in a professional manner. Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
