Scope of the Role This role is more focused on the Sales Support Functions, sales documentation, Sales monthly, weekly, and daily report, update client database Key Role Responsibilities Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product Makes sure that salespersons are filled in the data properly Meets with other departments to make sure that new sales and service changes are correctly record in the list of data Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls Updates all contact information for clients Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary Arranges travel and accommodations for any salesperson that is meeting clients outside of the office Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents Plan and organize daily work schedule to be completed and recorded Work with teams and clients to understand clients’ requirement and run internal document process Ensure immediate response to customer enquiries/ complaints Manage proper building customer list and routinely update customer formation Ensure sales processes, reporting and sales documents are carried out in an accurate and timely manner Responsible to participate in the sales-related activities, programs, and events to promote AGB’s products Complete all customer information and documents as required to ensure timely and accurate records of customer related activities Willingness to work in a team and support other duties as assigned
Job Description Sell focus on consumer plan, FTTH Internet, ICT products and services provided by the Company to meet the sales target. Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales Identify the lead to acquire clients and maintain the relations.
