Position Objective: Managing and coordinating various activities within the agency to ensure smooth operations. Assists department heads/supervisor in maintaining a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Agency and liaise with other functions for implementation of initiatives and projects. Position Objective: As the Senior Analyst – Agency Strategy, Planning and Governance, he/she will play a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making within AIA Myanmar Agency Distribution team. You will work closely with the Agency Strategy, Planning and Governance team and other cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights and make informed business decisions, optimize operations, and enhance customer experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Agency Governance: Establish and enforce Agency governance policies and standards to maintain quality, security, and compliance with company’s standards. Maintain integral day to day operations related, but not limited to, Agency Commissions, Budget, Bonuses and Financials Identify potential risks, prepare and execute mitigation plans, risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Agency Governance Liaise with Company and Group Finance, Compliance, Risk and related departments to enforce and regulate Agency Governance Standards Conduct regular checks, validations and auditing to ensure adherence of Agency Governance Standards Responsible for calculation, validation and implementation of agent commissions, bonuses and compensation related payables and receivables Data Validation: Validate the accuracy of agency related reports and campaign leaderboards, to ensure that all data entries are accurate, consistent and are based on valid criteria and calculations. Review and cross-check report figures against the source data to identify inconsistencies. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the validation process and ensure that agency data aligns with the company’s data governance standards. Data Visualization: Develop and maintain visually appealing data visualizations in Excel or Power BI, making complex data easily understandable to non-technical stakeholders. Automation: Streamline data collection, analysis and reporting processes through Excel macros and Power BI to reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency. Strategy and Planning Support: Collaborate with the strategy and planning team to provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations that support the development and execution of agency-wide strategies.
