Position Objective: To be able to perform overall process of all trainings and other additional projects and functions. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver high impact presentations and to foster a successful learning environment. Able to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid changes in schedule. Flexibility to provide training and support during onsite and regular business hours. Act as a subject matter expert within the business to identify and access pre and post training performance improvement. Act as a business partners with recommended intervention strategies to improve training process. Provide feedback on training materials for improvement. Track and compile collected data. Maintain a database of all training materials. Conduct training through physical classes, virtual trainings, audio recording and E-learning. Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules and required support. Generate daily, weekly, monthly report to Manager as request.

Act as frontline life insurance sales staff in bank branch. — selling life and health insurance products either in-branch sales or at customer's location. Conduct Financial Needs Analysis and identify customer's insurance needs; subsequently recommending life and health insurance products to best suit their needs. Ensure sales targets are being met, while working closely with bank staff to optimize sales. Build relationship and collaborate with bank staff to build a strong pipeline of insurance prospects/leads. Work closely with the AIA's sales manager and bank staff to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention. Work closely with AIA's sales manager and participate in joint visits to improve sales skills and drive performance. Provide quality customer service and after-sales services to maintain customer relationships (servicing, claims, complaints, etc.). Ensure adherence to sales quality and compliance standards. Position Objective: We are looking for an experienced Brand & Propositions Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing activities and initiatives that increase brand value, awareness, loyalty and brand share. As a Brand Manager you will work closely with different marketing verticals to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase brand awareness, loyalty, sales and share of business. You will also be tasked with developing budgets, forecasting and assessing KPIs and ROI. To be successful as a Brand Manager, you should have a good understanding of consumer behaviour, be up-to-date on market trends in the life and health insurance industry, and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Is the brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects. Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and customer marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, promotion, advertising). Leads annual brand planning process. Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables. Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, campaigns, and other marketing vehicles. Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing development as well as marketing initiatives.
