Preparation of financial reports, tax returns and fillings for clients Manage the month-end closing activities and ensure all financial reports (Both statutory reports and management reports) are completed with accuracy and submitted in a timely manner to Management team and to clients Drive the Implementation of finance ERP ; ensure strict compliance to finance and accounting processes and controls Manage and ensure proper tax deduction and compliance Liaise with tax offices for tax related matters Liaise with auditors (Internal/External) to ensure appropriate monitoring of processes and company finances is maintained. Ensure all processes and reports comply with local laws Guide direct reports to best practice of all tasks and assist in the ongoing improvement of the department
