Management and support of the Power Solution, CW, TI subcontractors Supports Regional and TI Manager in preparation of regional rollout schedule Preparation on Quality Assurance Preparation for Health and Safety control on the sites Supervise Base Station site field activities (Power Solution, Construction, Telecom Implementation, Acceptance) Following up the time schedules and checking if the work at Sites is executed according to weekly rollout plan Ensure site implementation quality (Power Solution, CW, TI) according to agreed specifications Providing regular site status reports (progress, quality, health and safety, etc.) to regional project management Check and confirm site related project documentation for every site Supervise subcontractors to ensure that all jobs are executed according to site design and specification Reporting to regional manager for daily activities on sites including necessary progress update in PM Tool Reporting of all the issues on site to regional manager and providing recommendation on solving them Confirmed adherence to construction specification, health and safety standards Receiving test results and approving successful tests
