Summary: The Corporate Senior HR Associate is responsible for managing and coordinating payroll processes and performing various HR administrative functions. This role ensures that employees are compensated accurately and timely while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, strong planning, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and leadership skills to supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians Responsibilities Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all equipment, ensuring it aligns with production schedules and minimizes downtime.
