Coordinate closely to apply the related policies, and procedures of medical equipment and Medical Gas system, etc., to meet effective, efficient and safe operations of the hospital. Be responsibility and self-accountability to take care and maintain the spare parts and hand-tools which are not to be lost or damaged due to human error under the unit. Comply that all operational and / or maintenance works with respect to meet Environmental and Social safety, HSE, Life and Fire safety, and infection control guidelines. Coordinate with the subordinates to solve the any abnormalities and difficulties for remedial actions by taking a technical support from immediate supervisor. Coordinate and participate to make sure the daily corrective and preventive maintenance actions to meet with quality objective and the yearly planner. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by foreman up to HOD.
Check the transferred medicines sent from store and place them correctly at the counter. Sell the drugs carefully and correctly what the customers want to improve the service. Participate in daily stock checking assigned by supervisor to reduce the stock differences. Perform the duties & responsibilities ordered by manager to get efficiency. Participate in monthly expiry medicine checking and report to supervisor to maintain the potency of drugs . Attend the monthly lecture and sit exam to improve pharmacy Knowledge. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superior of the pharmacy.
Lead in purchasing pharmaceutical items requested by customers (internal & external) in order to get their satisfaction. Select and purchase the vendor, suppliers supporting best service for AR. Manage the purchased items for timely delivery to store and other requested departments. Report and seek guidance from manager in decision making/purchasing critical items. Collaborate and perform with store and pharmacy manager for increasing sale and reduce damage items. Coach and train the purchase staffs for performance improvement. Analyze and report the supplier performance to get the best service ever. Monitor and collaborate with store supervisor to meet objective and KPIs. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superior of the department.
Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance via the ticketing system, phone, or email. Installation, diagnosing and servicing the problem of customers’ printers and all IT equipment. Interact in a professional manner and establish good relationships with customers and fellow employees. Assist in IT infrastructure projects and documentation of manuals, etc. Manage inventory of corporate IT assets, including hardware, licenses, contracts, peripherals, components and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner Following up with users to ensure full resolution of issues Normal work hours and standby support (off-hour support on rotational basis and occasionally weekend support) Provide technical support on-site or via remote access to service issues and IT support requests Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Administrative entry of patient bill (Emergency, RDT, In-Patient) accurately according to cash procedure. Receipt and refund of cash to customer of specialist OPD and Outside patient exactly. Calculate, check and pay consultant fee in order to accurate the payment. Report to immediate superior daily cash by counter in time. Deposit daily collected cash to bank and report to finance office approved with manager sign. Close relationship with customers politely and patiently. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by immediate superior of Treasury Department for smooth the operations
Assist the manager in the arrangement and implementation of Marketing Projects and Digital Marketing Plans to strengthen market value and engagements. Manage the process of site visit surveys on target locations (including competitor industries) and analyze the collective data (e.g. pricing, new services, etc.) to create a better business plan. Manage Digital Platforms (i.e. Social Media Page, ARH App, Main Website, & Viber Community Circle) to improve customer engagement. Assist the Manager in the development of marketing programs, strategies, and campaigns to improve market value. Manage monthly/yearly reports to Manager and AGM. Manage on Event planning and CME talks including overnight travelling. Assist the manager in engaging meeting with local or external clients for marketing purposes. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by the immediate superior of CCD.
