Have to understand the basics of servicing motor car and car parts. Have experience related to motor cars. Have experience related to warranty claimed parts and claimed documents. Must be good at computer able to use Internet, Email, Microsoft office. Have basic English language. Strong communication skills to treat the customers and dealers. Must be able to work well within the department.
Must have work experience related to car maintenance. Must be able to repair and maintain Engine, Transmission, Undercarriage and Wiring. Must be able to dignosis and troubleshoot with OBD Scan Tools, and can read Services Manuals. Must respect the rules and regulations established by the department. Must be able to fulfill work assignments.
