Develop and execute marketing strategies to build and grow brand awareness. Plan and lead seasonal campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with design and content teams for digital, social media and in-store marketing. Manage influencer marketing, media buying, and public relations activities. Monitor marketing performance (ROI, engagement, sales impact) and adjust strategies accordingly. Research customer trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform campaigns. Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue. Maintain attractive, well-stocked, and organized product displays. Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with visual merchandising standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment. Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports for management review. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Support and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Oversee digital marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. • Post product and educational content regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, etc.). • Create and manage creative content such as posts, videos, stories, and reels for fashion campaigns. • Plan, execute, and evaluate online marketing campaigns, including aftercare and customer call service. • Develop and maintain influencer marketing programs and external collaboration initiatives. • Strategize and analyze paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). • Generate performance analysis reports (reach, engagement, click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.). • Conduct ongoing market trend and competitor research to support campaign direction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency. • Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and online conversions.
Oversee daily operations of the department store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Manage tenant relations, booth arrangements and ensure compliance with store guidelines.
