Job Summary The Sales Development Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves lead generation, market research, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to promote construction chemical products (waterproofing, repair, and strengthening solutions). Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market Research Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and field visits. Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners). Client Engagement & Sales Development Conduct initial client meetings and presentations to introduce products and services. Follow up on inquiries, quotations and tenders to secure orders. Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders and sales quotations. Sales Support & Coordination Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Collaborate with Project Monitoring, Technical and Logistics Teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and marketing events to promote company products. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Check site activities regularly to ensure work quality and compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and regulations. Clarify technical issues and provide recommendations to resolve discrepancies. Report project progress and any problems to the Project Owner. Review daily Production Orders received through Odoo. Schedule production runs based on priority, stock and material readiness. Coordinate raw material staging and machine readiness. Log production start, progress, and completion in Odoo. Ensure raw material and finished goods data is accurately recorded. Collaborate with QC team for batch quality checks and production trials.
