Mainly in charge of marketing according to modern trade (MT), general trade (GT), and all other marketing methods. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote & ensure the achievement of the sell-out target. Establish sales targets and make sales plans for every customer in Modern Trade in accordance with company sales and coordinate with the distribution team. Have to coordinate with sales teams, research & analyze the market and competitors, and create the digital platforms to reach the potential clients visible and drive sales. Handling social media and content marketing, keeping the page active by the track of page information and monitoring all inquiries, using search engine optimization. Seek out and explore new sales, product, and customer opportunities in Modern trade, General trade, and all other channels. Monitor sell-out by customer / by brand / by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions. Analyze sales data to enhance the sales improvement of the company. Negotiate with Modern trade customers about the terms and conditions of the contract. Esablish and maintain a favorable relationship with major customers. Collaborating with external agencies and vendors as needed. Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities to senior management. Perform other job-related as assigned.
