Beauty Diary Co. Ltd. was established in 2016 and is a successful and reputable company as a Beauty retail chain that sells cosmetics and beauty products. There are (15) branches and approximately 500 employees working for the company all throughout Myanmar.Offering a one stop shop for cosmetics, main office is located in Yangon while the company also has stores in Mandalay, Taunggyi, Mawlamyaing, Myit Kyi Na, Nay Pyi Taw and Magway.

Purpose of role: Develop and execute marketing plans to maximize sales for The Body Shop brand Be the key driver for digital marketing and is responsible in managing all aspects of digital/web/social media portfolio Be the link between sales team and marketing team to better support sale team Primary Responsibilities: Marketing Drive, plan and implement social media strategy according to business objectives. Using social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership, loyalty and traffic of TBS Myanmar Facebook Page and Instagram Page Plan and develop weekly and monthly social media content for Facebook and Instagram from adaptation of BSI assets with General Manager Instruct and coordinate visuals with graphic designer for Facebook and Instagram marketing Manage social media platforms by creating regular posts, answering comments and private messages in a timely and professional manner Be knowledgeable about social media trends and competitor brand marketing efforts Report on marketing activities impact on sales Sale Supervise sales team and act as link between sales and marketing teams Prepare brand training materials and translate from English to Burmese and share with sales team Check in occasionally as necessary at stores to support store team Responsible for brand’s sales performance Report on sales performance by store Provide Marketing support for new store openings Competencies required: Detailed, resourceful and good time and project management skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills Strong leadership skills Excellent written and oral Burmese and English communication skills and a team contributor Adobe Photoshop proficiency preferable Energetic, Innovative and with entrepreneurial spirit Enthusiasm and a willingness to inspire and motivate others Media, advertising or digital agency knowledge preferred Deep understanding of Social Media in Myanmar Must know how to use Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
