- Assist in HR general functions with emphasis on Training and Attendance management - Support HR administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and coordination with departments - Maintain accurate records and data - Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records. - Collect and record employee attendance, leave, and overtime data. - Support in preparing monthly payroll data and coordinate with the HR Officer for processing. - Assist in new staff onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. - Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, contracts, and policies. - Responsible for coordinating and maintaining roadway and vehicle routes, and arranging staff uniforms as required. - Manage office supplies and maintenance tasks. - Record and maintain meeting minutes accurately and ensure proper documentation.
