1. Support the Sales Channel/Brand Manager with data and statistics, payments and other projects 2. Support the Sales Department with customer administration 3. Process orders 4. 1.Support the Sale Manager with the prepare of monthly sales forecasts and annual sales forecasts for all Sales Channel-related products 2. Achieve set sales targets by volume, SKU and customer account 3. Monitor assign sales data and activities from Sales Channel Team daily; includes sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns 4. Monitor all Sales Channel-related product inventory weekly 5. Assist the Sale Manager for prepare purchase orders for all Sale Channel-related products and request approval from Director of Sales & Marketing 6. Oversee and manage Sale Channel’s daily operations 7. Effectively oversee and manage Sales Channel’s sale process daily and delegate and take necessary actions as required; develop target list of new customers and front line relationship with key customer accounts 8. Communicate effectively and efficiently with both principals and customers 9. Receive product knowledge from principals and sequentially provide product knowledge trainings to the remainder of the Sale Team and customers as required 10. Monitor and manage Sale Channel’s sales invoices, accounts receivable and sales transactions 11. Hold weekly meetings with Sale Channel Team and/or Brand Managers to address concerns and issues 12. Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights 13. Attend events when required 14. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization 15. Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department 16. Report to Director of Sales & Marketing regarding Sale Channel Team’s sales data and activities weekly; includes sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns

• Focus on developing the brand’s financial performance, image and positioning compared to competitors • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and annual sales forecasts for all brand-related products • Prepare purchase orders for all brand-related products and request approval from Directors of Sales & Marketing • Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for all brand-related products with Directors of Sales & Marketing • Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to set all-brand related products’ sales targets by volume, SKU and customer account across all sales channels • Prepare and present monthly reports to the principals; includes sales data, salesmen performance, outlet performance, issues, feasible solutions and deep analysis and evaluation of sales performance • Collaborate with Marketing team to set marketing budgets for all brand-related products • Monitor all channels’ sales data activities daily and provide feedback to Channel Sales Managers; sales data and activities include sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns • Monitor all brand-related product inventory weekly • Communicate effectively and efficiently with both principals and customers • Receive product knowledge from principals and sequentially provide product knowledge training to the remainder of the sales channels and customers as required • Hold quarterly meetings with Products Sales Team to evaluate sales performance and present monthly sales review with issues and possible solutions included • Verify and approve Products Sales Team’s and other related expenses and determine profit and loss margins • Monitor and manage marketing and branding activities for all brand-related products • Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights • Attend events when required • Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the Company • Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department • Follow instructions from and report to the Directors of Sales & Marketing
Handling the Attendance of all the employees in office (Absent, Leave application, etc) Responsible for Finger Print downloading, checking, and reporting to HR Manager weekly. To take responsibility of the attendance summary report and send it to HR Manager monthly. To check & calculate overtime calculation process and reporting OT Summary Report to HR Manager monthly. To arrange & prepare the documentation for SSB clinic and SSB office (coordination with government office). Other duties depend on the company’s requirement and management instruction.
