Handle staff grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management. Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure compliance with wage & labor regulations. Draft employment contracts, policies, and HR-related documents. Provide HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.) to management. Contribute to HR planning and strategies to improve efficiency and retention.
