Our Company specializes in Retail sales, we are managing the following FASHION and COSMETIC brands as a solo distributor or franchise of Adidas, Crocs, Mango, Bonia, Pedro, Charles & Keith, The Face Shop, On The Body , Bold by Blazon (Ray-Ban, Oakley ) ,Ipanema, Grenha, Zaxy, Rider, Cartago ,Bkidz , Ola and 1NOM (Lifestyles Products).

We established our Blazon (Department Store) in 2000 and now we are opening our stores at City Mall (St.john) , Myanmar Plaza ,Junction City , Junction Mawtin, Junction Square, Gamone Pwint shopping malls, Sein Gay Har and more. Some of our brands are wholesaling to wholesale partners across Myanmar as Hpan ,Maubin , Pathain, Myawaddy, Taung Gyi, Myeik ,Magway , Shwe Bo ,etc. We are also launch our business in Cambodia and Indonesia though with e-commerce and outlet stores.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support. Manage daily routine tasks related to shop operation, information, promotion plans, assigning responsibilities to employees, petty cash and expenses handling (daily/monthly) and must be able to organize day-to-day sales cash handling and other necessary tasks without error. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Identify and solve issues using ethical and professional methods. Assist with order processing and collaborate with the Operations Team. Act as a mediator in customer disputes. Communicate with customers using various channels. Use our CRM tool to manage customer relationships.
Manages the team's day-to-day activities to ensure all processes are handled accurately, timely, and efficiently. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels like phone, email, live chat, and social media. Offer guidance and assistance to customers in using and troubleshooting the ticketing solutions and CRM software. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions. Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and discussions including inquiries, resolutions, and leads identified. Assist in the development of user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to enhance customer self-service. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the development team for continuous product improvement. Manage the approved budget of the customer service department. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products at the right time. Work and communicate with the warehouse team, inventory control team, and sales team. Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake. Recommendation for monthly Promotion with seasonal products. Forecasting sales and profits, and planning budgets. Weekly replenishment to stores & deposit counters. Collaboration with supply chain & Logistics team for FDA application. VM Order & VM merchandising (Ensuring that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.). Monitoring slow-moving items and ensuring that best-sellers meet their full potential. Couching new merchandisers to conduct their merchandising tasks. Execute merchandising strategy & deliver the process to juniors to conduct their tasks. Monitoring and analyzing Digital and E-commerce sales data & operation processes. Initiate, and organize the team to execute some merchandising processes to finish on time.
Create and execute a strategic plan for brand development. Work with Brand Principals to deliver brand positivity, market expansion, product launch, and sales growth. Coordinate and collaborate with different cross-functional departments to bring results. Identify opportunities and market trends of fashion to maximize market penetration for Retail, Wholesales, E-commerce, and Distribution through product segmentation strategies. Build a systematic workflow and process. Monitor stock movements and analyze sales figures, trends, regional variations, customer requirements, and purchasing behavior to accurately forecast future sales and thus stock requirements. Manage and communicate a weekly sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through process to maximize the effectiveness of merchandising decision-making. Determine the right pricing strategies for retail and wholesale to meet targeted profits. Manage aging stock sell-through and promotional markdown to protect profitability and delivery of end-GP targets. Managing weekly size, range, and assortment analysis for repeats and new season collections. Manage and develop a rolling 12-month product launching, e-commerce, and digital marketing plan. Analyze merchandising reports and shipment analysis to review business results and develop appropriate strategies to capitalize on business strengths and impact deficiencies. Build an in-depth understanding of the insight of targeted customers. Perform sales, profit, and gap analysis to support buying decision making and optimal utilization of space. Manage the ‘Open to buy’ (OTB) to increase flexibility throughout the season. Manage the critical path from product ordering to store delivery to ensure stock is delivered as planned. Liaising with the supply chain team and suppliers to ensure POs align with the critical path and ensure shipments arrive according to plan. Ensure a professional service cycle from order to delivery to payment collection by coordinating with Suppliers, Logistics Department, and Finance Department. Review sales, space, stock, profit performance, and trends to maximize sales and margin. Lead and manage Merchandising, Sales, and Retail Teams to meet their individual KPIs.
