Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention. Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits. Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, social security, and tax regulations. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and training programs. Handle employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare monthly HR reports for management. Organize company meetings, travel arrangements, and staff events. Support management in HR planning and organizational development.
