Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Handle the organization rules, regulation, policy and procedure Be actively involved in recruitment process, including repairing job descriptions, job posting and managing the hiring process Create and implement effective onboarding plans Develop training and development programs Assist in performance management processes Monitoring the employee attendance, leave, absent and personal grooming Handle and provide guidance on employee inquiries on HR related matter Manage employee relations issue, disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records and file and updating data according to policy and legal requirements Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Handling employee offboarding process to be smooth transition Monitoring office matters such as repair and maintenance, cleaning and security Provide general administration support with the day-to-day operation Perform other HR and Administration duties as required as assigned by management
