The role of this position is to support the students who want to study overseas universities, specifically UK, Singapore, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Thailand, Australia universities. Receive visitors, students in a cordial and appropriate manner Handles any enquiries, feedbacks, issue, complaints and requests from new and current students (through phone, email and social media) Support students looking for academic opportunities for abroad. Guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course Help students learn more about universities/colleges and programs and provide advice to help them make a final decision Handle and assist students’ academic documents, provide admission consultants, visa applications, documentation process, accommodation for abroad studying Collaborating with other educational institutions, community organizations Willing to participate in educational activities, events, seminars and webinars Other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
▪️Installing and Configuring computer Hardware, Software and Systems. ▪️Monitoring and Maintaining Computer systems and networks. ▪️Providing technical support for each department, lectures and students ▪️Schedule zoom meetings for online class and online meeting ▪️Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. ▪️Ensuring electrical safety standards are met. ▪️Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers. ▪️Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level. ▪️Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware. ▪️Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting. ▪️Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues. ▪️Conducting daily backup operations. ▪️Managing technical documentation. ▪️Assist the academic and student services team ▪️ Handle the online learning platform zoom meeting (including scheduling, sharing online learning records to the students and Manage the zoom platform.
