What we do

Canadian International College - Myanmar (CIC), established in September 2017, is the first Canada (Ontario) based private secondary school in Myanmar. CIC offers certified courses from Grades 9 to 12 that cater to the educational needs of high school students worldwide. The primary focus of our school is to provide quality secondary education to those students who aspire to obtain an Ontario high school diploma, recognized and accepted by colleges and universities worldwide.

All Canadian International College-Myanmar Jobs
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals. Select appropriate texts, resources, and materials to support the curriculum. Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Facilitate discussions, activities, and projects to engage students in the learning process. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Evaluate students' progress through assignments, exams, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance. Administer and grade assessments to measure students' understanding. Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules. Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere for learning. Stay current with developments in English language teaching methodologies. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Maintain company organization charts and employee directory Maintain HR systems and processes Conduct performance and salary reviews
