This role oversees and coordinates tasks for the daily /weekly production of subtitles and is accountable for the evaluation, and general productivity of the team. Maintains the stylistic guidelines for their language up-to-date and has final say on linguistic elements. Escalates resource needs to the Localization Manager. Screens, evaluates and helps orient all new freelancers and vendors. Line management People management: Ensure that freelancers/vendors comply with all policies and procedures. Motivation: Enthuse freelancers/vendors to be the best they can be and lead by example and demonstrate the values of CANAL+ to peers and reports. Tracking productivity of freelancers/vendors. Monitor freelancers’ and vendors’ performance and negotiate costs in light of performance. (evaluations based on turn-around, quality, automation metrics, reliability, price and attitude). Delegate and distribute ad-hoc tasks to freelancers/vendors. Hiring Interviewing and hiring new in-house team members. Training in-house editors. Reviewing existing freelancer's output and providing feedback for their tasks. Plan allocation of resources to meet deadlines and established KPIs, and report staffing issues to the Localization Manager. b) Manage hiring process of freelancers and vendors (test files, etc.) with Coordinators. Organize freelance training sessions. Assign test files for reviews to in-house editors. Accountable for feedback to vendors and freelancers. Establish, verify, and re-negotiate rates for third-party resources. Schedule and plan titles to be assigned to Freelancers and Vendors in a weekly/monthly plan Tracking productivity of titles assigned to vendors and freelancers. Distribute new updates and feedback to freelancers on weekly basis in 1-on-1 sessions of 15 mins. Daily huddles are encouraged. In absence of a Localization Manager: Liaise with other team leads to establish priorities according to dependencies and delays on source language subtitle creation by other teams. (Otherwise, inter-office communications is handled via the Localization Mgr. to remote team leads) Make language and timing calls on QC jobs (when required).
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance. • Operation floor checking for support to agents call answering. • Checking and arrange manpower for call center service level by time. • Monitor low productivity and low score on customer satisfaction. • Briefing/coaching to agents for weekly QA score and improves quality results by recommending changes. • Monitor and encourage for telemarketing to achieve daily target. • Maintain and control for group attendant %. • Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating.

Lead and manage the quality assurance function within the call center environment, include reviewing the target call quality monitoring for agents for Voice (Inbound & Outbound) & Non- voice (social media), develop talk script for Contact Center when new service launched. Perform QA of In-house calls to determine, calibration scoring and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Prepare monthly QA reports & presentation to share with internal team for call center quality results & the Voice of Customers. Implementation of action plans and processes to achieve objectives (update of scripts, training on commercial & customer care skills...) Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, motivating them, building and develop the team to be high performers. Collaborate with other departments to propose and implement new initiatives for enhancing customer service. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to explore improvement or development new processes to increase overall call center performance.
PR & Advertising Act as key contact to liaison between advertising and media agencies and CANAL+ Work autonomously in supervising the production of ad campaigns, and implement plans to increase awareness of CANAL+ brand Manage and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns approval, track budgets and costs, and ensure that every campaign run smoothly by monitoring work progress. Coordinate press events, product launches, and media interviews, ensuring seamless execution and maximum exposure. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers etc.. to secure coverage and placements. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Event Management Manage event calendar, project timelines, and event budget. planning, production and execution of events hosted in CANAL+ Myanmar. Assist in building the event strategy and event goals to ensure event success. Serve as event facilitator, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, vendor management, agenda development and show flow, printing and shipping, budget management, event staffing, on-site event management, event follow-up and reporting. Work closely with sales, product teams and executive management to achieve business goals.
