Ensure that all policies are correctly processed and compliant with company and industry standards. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure the accuracy of policy terms and conditions. Ensure timely and fair resolution of claims, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards. Communicate with clients regarding the status of their claims, providing clear updates and resolving any inquire they may have. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and proactive communication. Handle customer complaints and ensure that client concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities by supporting client prospecting efforts. Provide guidance and recommendations to potential clients based on their insurance needs. Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition. Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, collaborate with Insurer to get efficiency results on time. Provide detailed reports to the Boss, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement. Assist in managing and coordinating the workflow within the insurance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
