Job Description ・Develop a strategic plan for the agency network and align it with goals. ・Develop strategies to find new agencies and strengthen the existing agency network. ・Guides the negotiation and selection process with potential agencies and negotiates contracts. ・Ensure agency agreements are created and maintained to ensure legal compliance. ・Develops agency training programs and assists in the education of new agents. ・Provide support in the day-to-day operations of the agency and address problem resolution. ・Develops budgets for agency activities and manages budgets to achieve goals. ・Evaluate and adjust as necessary based on agency performance and KPIs. ・Monitor agency market trends and competitor activity and consider appropriate countermeasures. ・Provide strategic recommendations to respond to market changes. ・Ensure ongoing communication with agents to build and maintain relationships of trust. ・Identify agency needs and feedback and communicate them appropriately within the organization.
