Responsibilities: Sample Handling: Receive, label, and log incoming samples accurately. Ensure proper storage and preservation of samples according to established protocols. Sample Preparation: Prepare samples for analysis by following SOPs and protocols. This may include weighing, diluting, mixing, and other sample preparation techniques as required. Instrumentation Setup: Assist in setting up laboratory instruments and equipment required for sample processing and analysis. Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on prepared samples to ensure accuracy and consistency. Report any deviations or issues promptly to supervisors. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sample preparation procedures, including batch records, logbooks, and data sheets. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Handle hazardous materials and chemicals safely, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
