Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram accounts with engaging content and promotions. Run paid digital campaigns (FB ads, Google) to drive store traffic and delivery orders. Collaborate with influencers and food bloggers. 3. Local Store Marketing (LSM) Create grand opening, anniversary, and neighborhood activation plans for each outlet. Design localized promotions for delivery partners like foodpanda or GrabFood. 4. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analyze customer feedback and sales data to improve offers and menu presentation. Launch simple loyalty programs or digital CRM tools in partnership with POS. 5. Campaign Execution & Performance Monitoring Develop campaign briefs, oversee creative production, and coordinate with designers or agencies. Monitor marketing ROI (footfall, promo redemptions, digital KPIs). Conduct competitor benchmarking and market scans. 6. Team & Vendor Management Liaise with local agencies, print vendors, influencers, and media outlets. Build and manage a small marketing support team as brand scales.
Digital Marketing Strategy Develop digital marketing strategies that align with the brand’s goals and objectives. Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date with market trends. Social Media Management Create content plans for various social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok. Increase engagement (likes, shares, comments) through regular posting and community management. Content Creation & Copywriting Write compelling ad copies, blog posts, infographics, and video scripts. Data Analysis & Reporting Measure campaign performance (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI) and generate reports. Analyze performance to ensure alignment with KPIs.
Design promotional materials: posters, flyers, menus, banners, social posts. Ensure visual consistency across all media, following Chicking’s brand guidelines. Create in-store displays and signage (menu boards, counter branding, etc.). Develop eye-catching static and video content for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to storyboard and produce promotional videos. Shoot and edit short-form content (reels/stories) for food promotions and campaigns. Take high-quality photos/videos of food, staff, or events as needed. Adapt global/regional artwork for local campaigns and promotions. Design digital ads (Google, Facebook, delivery platforms).
