In the education sector, we provide basic education and higher education. Basic Education operates under the name of Soe San Private School and offers higher education under the name of Chindwin Technological College.

Our F&B business is called Seezar Food Group. Under Seezar Food Group, we have taken a coffee shop brand from Australia as a master franchise in Myanmar. We have opened 11 branches of Gloria Jean's Coffee Shop in Myanmar, and also we are operating hot kitchen & bakery factories in Yangon.

Headquarter is located in Yangon and other branches is located in Mandalay, Nay Pyi Taw, Pyin Oo Lwin and Taunggyi.

Arranging to submit reports on teachers' teaching performance and attendance records from the Center Manager to the Academic Head, Operation Director, and Deputy Operations Manager. Reviewing and arranging for warning letters to be sent to students whose attendance records do not meet the required percentage. Supervising the preparation of student-related documents during EV visits. Center Operation Management Organizes and implements all aspects of large, campuses special events utilizing presentation and promotional materials, maintaining budgetary and operational controls, and representing the College occasional Seminars/Events.
