Reports To: Director Job Description: The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract potential travelers, and increase bookings for Chrysalis Tours. This role involves managing social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO strategies, and content marketing to drive engagement and customer conversion. The role also requires close collaboration with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials. Job Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for the travel and tourism industry. Identify target audiences and create campaigns to engage potential travelers. Utilize data-driven marketing techniques to optimize performance. 2. Social Media Management Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging and visually appealing content to attract followers and increase brand engagement. Plan and schedule regular social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity. Monitor social media trends and implement best practices. 3. Content Marketing, SEO & Design Collaboration Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, travel guides, and promotional materials. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website ranking and organic reach. Research relevant keywords and incorporate them into content marketing strategies. Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching graphics, visuals, and promotional materials for digital campaigns. Ensure all visual and written content aligns with the brand's identity and messaging. 4. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI). Adjust targeting, budgets, and creative assets based on campaign insights and analytics. 5. Reporting & Analytics Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate marketing performance reports. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools to track campaign success. Recommend improvements based on data insights. 6. Ad-Hoc Tasks Support other marketing and operations-related tasks when needed.
