Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, procurement processes, and inventory control. Supervise office maintenance, utilities, and safety/security measures. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office-related needs. Coordinate with government offices (e.g., Road Transport Administration, City Development Committee) for company-related matters. Supervise vehicle maintenance schedules (regular servicing, repairs, inspections). Maintain accurate logbooks of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and repair history. Arrange staff transportation, deliveries, and logistics support for operations and events. Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and company records (both physical and digital). Support cross-departmental needs (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.). Manage petty cash and prepare accurate expense/utilization reports. Monitor and control admin-related monthly budgets (stationery, fuel, maintenance, logistics, etc.). Submit administrative processes and facility management reports to the Admin Manager.
