To ensure availability of raw materials at all time to support production of products and optimize inventory level in hand, order quantity. Plan the raw materials are available for production at all times. Plan to order the right quantity of material at the right time. Ensures understanding of supply planning concepts and principles throughout the organization and continuously evaluates performance. Ensure that shelf-life extension of expiring beverage is done timely Perform aging analysis and provide recommendation to production planning to produce near expiry stock and recommendation to warehouse team to release near expiry stock first Provide regular feedback about aging of beverage and shelf-life extension result and other exception matters to management team. Develop weekly reviews of actual vs. plan and presents results in the weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings and monthly S&OP meeting Create purchase request for raw and packaging materials in SAP in timely manner Effectively communicate with CPS (beverage base supplier in Singapore) for ordering, available of stock and shelf life extension. Collaborate with procurement team, production team, QA team and warehouse house team for availability of stock. Communication Complexities Regular communication with CPS in Singapore with regards to concentrate orders, application of shelf life extension. Communicating RMPM warehouse about concentrate aging and release. Analysis Analyze Inventory surplus and shortage; supplier oder lead time, and manufacturing capacity. Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process, and waste water and sludge management. Perform the installation and inspection of waste water lines and services. Perform the installation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant and pump stations and all of their components. During the HOD absence, act as the Department’s representative. Assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery. Position Purpose / Context To manage Plant & Facility maintenance activities within the factory, that ensure to support for market demand and fully compliance with QSE & GMP standards as per TCCC requirements. To lead the entire Maintenance team for ME% (Efficiency) improvement by effective utilizing manpower and resources towards Plant 100 & WCM implementation. To manage R&M cost as per BP target and set up improvement opportunities within the maintenance area. To manage the Spare Parts Inventory Level as per Business planning and reduce the 8 Waste. Key Duties / Responsibilities Do maintenance activities of equipment, machinery & facility within the manufacturing (Production/ Processing/ Utility/ Maintenance) area through maintenance management system. Manage Preventive Maintenance/ Corrective Maintenance activity within the manufacturing area to be support 24 hours to operate all the operation ME % with world class level. Achieve key indicator (KPI) goals for Maintenance Function (ME%, Down Time reduction level to be achieve world class for each of the machine/area, spare parts management system, R&M cost reduction, inventory management system etc). Manage the R&M budget within the BP target and set up improvement idea to optimize the cost with good quality work within the maintenance management system. Define for multi skilling, job rotation, selection, coaching, performance management, feedback and development of maintenance person towards Plant 100 & WCM implementation. Develop to the vendors for spares and contractors for external maintenance services by managing the cost effectively within the BP Target yearly. Manage for identification of plant improvement projects, new system/new line/ new equipment & machinery installation and implementation within the manufacturing area. Direct responsible for overall repaired and maintenance activity within the Plant and Facility including equipment, machinery, system, utility, building etc. Lead for complying to Quality, Safety & Health, Food Safety and Environment Management System, in maintenance areas. Direct responsibility for adherence to local laws on Utility equipment’s, electrical installations and other equipment within purview of maintenance function. Job Responsibilities Support the Global Lead in engaging sourcing towers to define and develop leading procurement practices. Utilize material cost forecasts to assist in the development of business plans. Lead complex contract negotiation with a supplier. Recommend initiatives for longer term savings projects and benchmark best practices on global categories. Ensure continuity of supply and understand current state of the category and determine business requirements. Assess supply markets and develop supply strategy to minimize business risk. Cross-functionally develop pipeline of savings projects basis a business plan period supporting business priorities. Assess supply risks and recommend a mitigation review process for major suppliers, Implement the supplier relationship management process. Identify supplier coreAssist the Procurement Director in executing cost pricing, contract and negotiation strategies that deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers. Establish optimum raw material inventory level in the manufacturing plants corresponding to lead times and purchasing strategies. Review and validate the generated Purchase Orders based on the Purchase Requisitions prepared by material planners for containers and raw material requirements and coordinate with Supply Chain the weekly movement of container requirements based on supplier shipment and delivery schedules. Collaborate and coordinate with Quality Assurance teams of CCPBM and supplier to ensure alignment on product quality and raw and packaging material specifications and standards.
Provide financial leadership and business support to Commercial Leaders (Commercial & Sales Head, RGM, RTM, General Trade, Modern Trade) including budget management and development of rolling estimate projections. Revenue Growth Management - drive margin management in the business through revenue growth management and support BPPC / pricing decisions. RTM & CTS – support commercial in evaluating RTM and CTS decisions leading to optimum RTM in markets enhancing availability at the optimum cost to serve. Key Accounts – partner with commercial team on evaluating key account proposals and drive implementation of commercial policy by channel in each of BIG markets. Support the optimum allocation of resources including cold drink equipment. Manage Accounts Receivables by setting objectives to continuously improve DSO and currency metrics, setting up the appropriate credit limits for peak and non-peak seasons for existing accounts, performing credit checks for potential new customers, work closely with Accounts Receivable and Commercials teams to ensure full and timely collections. Oversee the Route Settlement team and ensure accurate and timely recording of revenues in the most efficient manner. Single point of contact for all Commercial functional heads for financial support and evaluations. Effectively communicate with Commercial functional leads and other business leaders in the country and provide key decision support. Complex financial concepts to internal and external audiences must be articulated to non-financial business leaders in concise and understandable terms to influence and drive alignment and appropriate actions Data is used for decision-making, as well as internal and external reporting and communications. This also includes the preparation, interpretation, and alignment of financial data included in the business plans.
