AUTHORITIES/DECISIONS Lead plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance. Analysis/Decision making - Analyze problems and decide on an appropriate course of action to resolve problems. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute all plant systems projects in the area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) in the assigned plant. Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant. Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization. Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems. Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams. Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams. Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.
Responsible for machine running and to get high productive efficiency, to assist technicians in maintenance / replacement of equipment used in production. Compliance with safety, productivity, quality standards, maintenance procedures, data collection, housekeeping & cleaning. Accurately perform the required procedures. To achieve a productive performance target (AU). Keep the work area clean. 5S and Visual Workplace. Sub-group for Autonomous Maintenance Prepare daily line startup checklist, OLQ record, downtime record. If found any abnormality during machine running, inform the Technician and Operation Team Leader. Knowledge transfer and skill development for themselves and their team. Continued participation in new opportunities (People Capability). Ability to work with others in the team to achieve the objectives of the plant. Understand the basic fundamental knowledge of GMP, Standards of safety and FP & R. MAGNITUDE OF RESPONSIBILITY Job management in area of Planning & Custom, and Warehouse management Generate production planning and materials planning and co-ordinate all the internal production activities, the materials delivery schedule, and FG inventory control, to ensure the products are produced as per production plan Manages an import & export trade and be an expert at customs affair as well as customs law knowledge RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the Site Leadership Team, contributes for the effective Site Operation Develops monthly local production planning and inventory control plan as well as imported raw materials, and packaging material to be consistent with the business objectives of customer service, inventory level and cost constraints through the close coordination with Operation, Costing, Sales and Marketing team. Release the production plan and monitor the detailed daily scheduling Monitors, controls and adjusts the production plan to be consistent with sales volume, marketing campaign and customer demands; to achieve business objectives Monitors the schedule compliance, the capacity & material availability Controls the inventory level of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials; and Finished Goods by issuing appropriate changes to adjust due to order cancellations, pull-up or push-out, production output fluctuation and etc. Translates master production plan into monthly purchasing plan; implements the purchasing plan; provides positive and negative feedback to suppliers and/or subcontractors on a regular basis; negotiates with vendors to obtain win/win agreements. Coordinates with purchasing dept. and others in maintaining SAP system as assigned responsibilities from the system. Keeps concerned parties informed about the production schedule, purchasing trends, critical supplied issues and suggests ways to implement better methods to achieve KPIs objectives.
